The mix that gives this unique product its name comes from the joining of different parts of cachaca, with an average aging of 2 years, in the following wooden barrels: French Oak, American Oak, Balsam, Cabreuva, Amburana, Garapa & Canela-Sassafras.
7 Barrels tastes great when chilled and is also perfect when mixed into cocktails because of its light, mellow, and sweet aroma and flavor. In the mouth, 7 Barrels shows low acidity, velvety touch and notes of white chocolate and spice.
The result is a refined drink, complex and full of layers of flavors and aromas that will surprise even the most demanding palates.
